Mathew Knowles, father of Beyoncé and the man behind Destiny’s Child recently sat down with Vlad TV to discuss his tell-all book Destiny’s Child: The Untold Story about the group’s success.
Knowles has recently made headlines on the internet from his sit down with the allegation of sexual harassment by two of the members from the group Jagged Edge and a possible lawsuit; however, the word sexual was never used in his interview or book.
Vlad TV excerpt:
“Now remember, the girls are minors. They’re 16-years-old the guys are 21, 22-years-old,” he explained. I got a call from Kelly and Beyoncé… saying that they were constantly being harassed by two other members of Jagged Edge. I couldn’t have that.”

“I put them on the same tour bus because I managed both of them, and it would have saved both groups a significant amount of money… One of the chaperones at the time wasn’t the strongest of the chaperones. I got a call one day from Kelly and Beyoncé, and it was basically “We’re tired of this harassment by Jagged Edge.”
“They were sick and tired of being harassed by two members of the boys’ group.”
Matthew Knowles goes on record with My Celebrity Life at www.geholla.com to set the record straight on him never using the word sexual in his interview with Vlad TV or his book.
My Celebrity Life excerpt:
“…It talked about Jagged Edge and that they um sexually abused, I think was the word maybe... and I never in my book used the word sexual whatsoever and that’s a real strong allegation against someone in today’s climate, so whoever that writer was and initiated those words of untruth…that is not something cool to do at all.”
